I Served the King of England is also very good but some won't like it. I had to get past the greed and sex (rich old men and young women) focus of this farce. Story follows the life of a petite blonde man whose only ambition is to be a millionaire. He does this through a series of jobs at increasingly upscale restaurants, hotels and resorts....all for old rich men and most high priced brothels....though during the Nazi occupation the resort brothel becomes a Nazi Aryan breeding resort occupied by naked blonde young German women who are serviced each night by blonde Nazi soldiers in order to produce perfect race pure Aryan babies.

The blatant misogyny - women seen only as sex objects, except for the Nazi girlfriend who marries the hero (hate to call him one) and lies rigidly on the bed and focuses on a portrait of Hitler during marital coitus - and rapacious greed at all costs are off putting but then this is a farce and this excess is meant to disgust us.

Every male out there over 50 will love the sex fantasy, most women will be disgusted but get past it. Movie is very good and spoofs the bourgeoise and the proletariat that want to be of 1920's to 1940's eastern Europe. So see it or rent it on DVD later.
